- Accessed only by authorized CASLPO-registered personnel

Analytics and the Meta Pixel
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads, including how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked). When you submit a form, we send Meta a hashed copy of the parent's email, phone number, name and postal code (never the plain text) so Meta can match the inquiry to an ad you saw.
We never send Meta your child's name or age, the concern you select, your message, or any other health information. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Meta/Facebook Lead Forms
When you submit information through our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms:
- Your information is transmitted securely to Functional Communication
- Meta's use of your data is governed by their Data Policy
- We will contact you after receiving your form submission
- Submission does not constitute a therapeutic relationship
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Request corrections to your information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to professional record-keeping requirements)
